Get Your Goal On

Did you make a resolution? Did you stick to it? January is about to end and for most of us our resolutions are long gone. So why not set a month to month goal starting with February.



How to get your goal on:
1. Be as specific as possible.
For instance my goal is to lose 7 pounds by March 31 (I will accomplish the goal by limiting my sugar and carb intake as well as taking yoga, barre, orange theory fitness classes in addition to 5 days at the gym).


2. Write it down.
Hold your self accountable. I'll be writing down all of my meals as well as when I attend classes and the gym.

3. Visit the Vitamin Shoppe.
I have never taken vitamins before and recently I have realized how critical they are to our diet. I now take a multivitamin, vitamin d, calcium and an omega-3. I also have melatonin for a more restful night.


4. Inspire Confidence.
My bathroom mirror is filled with positive messages, quotes, vibes from friends. It's the perfect inspiration to look at each morning.
