Personal Cheerleader

Yesterday, I took a Pilates class in the woods. The whole point was to experience nature’s beauty and our own beauty. The trees were absolutely gorgeous with shades of red, orange and yellow. It’s nice to have a positive influence and the trees weren’t the only thing influences my mood.
