I am a firm believer in celebrating one holiday at a time. Every year after Thanksgiving dinner I put up my Christmas tree. Once the tree is up I light some of my favorite holiday scents. Usually I stick to the classics; peppermint and vanilla. However this year I have added some other scents such as gingerbread and winter. What is your favorite scent for the holidays?
Gift Idea
Pair the Gingerbread Candle from Bath and Body Works with the Gingerbread Man Metal Candle Sleeve also from Bath and Body Works for a great gift idea! I am actually giving this as a hostess gift when I attend holiday parties.
I LOVE Christmas scents. My favorites are peppermint crush and cinnamon!
ReplyDeleteMy dad had a lemon candle burning while we were putting up our tree....I really couldn't figure out why. We have the Root French Vanilla one and I love that!

ReplyDeleteAgreed. One holiday at a time, please. I haven't even made it home yet, but I'm at my parents' house getting all of my Christmas boxes packed up to take to my house. I cannot wait to start decorating! Cinnamon is a good holiday smell to me. And peppermint. Oh my goodness, there are really so many.

And most certainly the smell of these cheese straws my Mom used to make growing up. They bake in the oven and it's oh so delicious.
