Trend Watch: Ombre Nails
Ombre nails fade from one nail to the next. To get this look you could either have five different shades of the polish color you want to go from dark to light. Or you can start with a base color and mix in varies degrees of white or black nail polish.
{left to right: OPI You Don\’t Know Jacques, OPI French Quarter for your Thoughts, China Glaze Pelican Gray, Zoya Dove and China Glaze Snow}Since I wanted to go with a taupey gray look and already had five polishes that would work perfectly I used them instead of mixing polishes.

I love this trend, but I think it would be better for a fun weekend nail look rather than for work ( at least for my job). I do love the gray color combo.

I'm not sure what I think about it yet! Although, I didn't like the whole dark nail polish thing a while back and it grew on me…maybe this will too!
