Sour Cream and Dill Potato Salad
Ingredients
2 pounds small red potatoes, scrubbed
4 eggs(whites only), hard-cooked and diced
3 ribs celery, diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbls. diced dill pickle
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. diced dill pickles

ReplyDeleteI think I would sub plain yogurt for some of the sour cream or mayo. but fresh dill is amazing, it makes any food so much better
