Chex Party Mix

Chex Party Mix
Ingredients

3 cups Rice Chex cereal
4 cups Wheat Chex cereal
2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
1 cup peanuts
1 cup rye chips
1.5 cups Cheez-Its
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions
• In a large bowl, mix the cereals, nuts, Cheez-Its and rye chips.
• Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.
• While oven is pre-heating cut the butter into pieces and place it in an oven safe glass dish. Place in the oven until the butter has fully melted. Remove and stir in seasonings. Add cereal mixture, stir until evenly coated.
• Place in the oven and bake for one hour at 250 degrees. Stirring every 15 minutes.
• When finished remove from oven and pour onto paper towel.

  8. Oh man oh man oh man!! I LOVE chex mix, homemade is the best, but man it's full of butter & salt! I think I traumatized myself with it because I made 2 batches for our trip in August, and we ate so much of it that my brain got rewired or something. lol

  26. Looks Wonderful! I was wondering if you decided on points plus or old WW program. I bought one of those points plus calculators (they were doing a promo at our center for cheap) before I quit. If you're doing the pts plus, I'd be happy to give it to you! Let me know.

  27. Thanks, girl! Yeah, i felt like I judged to pts plus program too soon. I think in the long run, it's probably worth learning, I just don't want to invest the time to learn a new plan. I'll be reading to see how its working for you though! Don't worry about sending $, it was seriously only like $5 and I'd rather see it put to use than sit on my desk gathering dust.   33. Yum I love chex party mix. Especially the dark bagel crispie parts and the chex. When I but it premade, those always disappear first and my bag is left with the less appetizing mixers haha.
