Haha, its my birthday month toooooooo! I love March! My birthday is also the 18th!!!!!!! I always celebrate with friends on paddys day the 17th then with family on my real birthday the 18th! I will be 27 - yikes! What about you? I will be back later to get some entries for this contest too - gotta get ready for work now though.

happy brithday month!i love fiber, keeps ya regular :)i could def use that reflective wrist band when i'm bein a badass and running in the dark...wearing all black. not the smartest thing to do. my tip is to buy quality fruits and veggies that you love so you'll be more inclined to eat them! it may seem pricey, but it saves you money in the end by protecting your health!

I cannot believe I haven't heard of these 90 cal chewy bars. I adore Fiber One bars (I'm a little addicted too!) I posted about your awesome broccoli cheese dish from the other day so I'll have to post about your giveaway as well! My best health tip is chop chop chop. When I go to the store and buy fruits and veggies I cut them up right when I get home so they are an easy to access snack to grab on the go!

happy birthdays! My tip is to do interval training. It is extremely effective AND it is so much more fun than running on a treadmill. blech!

Tip: It takes at least twenty minutes before your body starts burning fat while you work out. So...don't giv eup after 20 minutes! That is when your body is at its peak!

My workout tip is to always have socks and sneakers in your car. You never know when you have a spare 20 minutes to go for a walk or jog.

workout tip - mine is to alternate speed or intensity , so I don't get bored :)
Healthy tip:
Add a spoonful of flaxseeds on everything! It's a great way to add in your omega-3's and some fiber!

I am now following you! I love the plain fiber one and use it to beef up other cereals or topped with greek yogurt! YUM!
I try to move as often as I can. If I have to go to the restroom at work, I take the long way. And at lunch, I try to at least squeeze in a brisk 15 minute walk!
I get SUCH a good workout alternating between walking on an incline and jogging on flat. The spurts of increased heart rates tire me out so fast!!

Also, my biggest tip actually goes back to water. I buy (or use) a large bottle of water and drink two a day. The bottle is huge, but its fun to drink out of!

Not sure I can actually enter this giveaway as I am in London, UK, but anyhoo, we miss out on all the giveaways over here, boo!
So my tip would be - gherkins, conichon, beetroot, onion, or just anything generally pickled, eat as many as your want when you are feeling picky, they fill you up instantly and are about zero cals (or very few).
